Unless otherwise stated, all articles are distributed under CC BY 4.0, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, reproduction, and the creation of derivative works in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

Author Rights
Authors retain all rights to their published work, including but not limited to the following:
- Deposit the published PDF, accepted manuscript, or preprint in institutional/subject repositories.
- Reuse figures, tables, and excerpts with appropriate citation.
- Develop derivative works (e.g., extended or revised versions, book chapters) with clear attribution to the original publication.
By submitting to JENOVA, authors acknowledge that the journal is the first venue of publication under CC BY 4.0 and authorize the journal to publish and disseminate the work while identifying itself as the original publisher.
Non-Exclusive Distribution
Authors may disseminate the published article through non-exclusive channels (e.g., institutional repositories, professional websites, edited volumes). In all cases, authors must indicate that the work was originally published in JENOVA: Journal of Economics and Organizational Value Advancement and include the article’s citation and DOI, where available.
Author Warranties
The submitting author warrants on behalf of all authors that:
- The manuscript is an original work authored by the individuals listed and has not been previously published.
- The manuscript contains no unlawful statements and does not infringe any third-party rights.

JENOVA bears no responsibility for disputes arising from authorship or contribution claims among the listed authors. Such matters are the responsibility of the authors and their affiliated institutions.
